To provide better customer service to customers, EcoBay provides one-year warranty for products sold with the following terms applied:
Please contact the authorized dealer or distributor, or our Customer Service Centre at +852 2333 6382 and provide the corresponding serial number for services or replacement if any malfunction of the purchased products within 7 days from the date of acceptance/pick up of the goods and was operated according to the User Manual.
Maintenance service is free of charge (except for force majeure events, external factors) during the warranty period. Warranty certificate should be presented for the services. Complimentary gift (if any) is not covered by the warranty. The warranty provides the right to repair and specifically not to product exchange or return. The warranty only applies to products that are purchased from an authorized dealer or distributors.
The official invoice and serial number must be presented when the service is rendered. The receipt or delivery note may be accepted if any of the aforementioned documents is presented. Customer is responsible for delivering the products to our designated service center for inspection, maintenance, and repair. The services do not apply to a product that the warranty is expired.
If the product is purchased from an unauthorized dealer or distributor, EcoBay is not responsible for any warranty services or maintenance.
In case of breaching of contract, EcoBay reserves the right of not providing the warranty service to customers who purchased the products.
